48-bed, for-profit, Skilled Nursing Facility providing custodial and skilled nursing services ( including PT, OT, IV therapy, etc.) to a small farming community on the Colorado River. Sole proprietor, Sandi Blessing, RN, BSN, became the operator in March 2003 after spending over 15 years in the long term care industry as a nurse consultant and MDS trainer for QCHF. Our mission is to value the lives of each of our residents, their loved ones, and all of the staff members who work here.
