Company Overview

Covenant Care was founded in 1994 by long-term care industry professionals who wanted to create a long-term care company able to meet the changing needs of our residents. Through modest and focused growth, our "Family" has grown to include over 5,000 healthcare professionals who work in our 42 long-term care communities, institutional pharmacies and in our therapy company. We care for over 4,000 residents in our facilities.

Our focus is on achieving Clinical and Operational Excellence in each of our facilities and in each of our businesses.

Clinical Excellence means providing direct care and programs where our Quality Indicators often exceed federal standards.

Operational Excellence creates a focus on efficiency and cost containment, while ensuring we do the smallest things very well.

We measure success one resident at a time. Each resident receives a care plan specific to his or her needs. Each of our facilities has the clinical and rehabilitation staff available to administer that care plan. Our highly trained, dedicated professionals deliver care that allows our residents to achieve their highest practicable functioning level.
