Fredericka Manor retirement community’s unique atmosphere combines warmth and friendliness with just the right touch of refinement. We’re located in charming Chula Vista near the Third Avenue Village. Fredericka Manor retirement community offers four personal levels of senior living care, rather than the usual three: independent living, assisted living personal care services we call Truly Yours, Medicare-certified skilled nursing, and Alzheimer’s care (memory care). But unlike other multi-level senior care retirement communities, you won’t be charged an entrance fee.
