Our Mission
Generations Healthcare was founded upon the belief that caring for the sick, the elderly, and the infirm is a special and sacred stewardship. It is our mission to have this belief reflected in everything we do: in the presentation of our homes, in the professionalism of our staff, and in the daily delivery of care to our residents and their families. Company History
Generations Healthcare began operations in January of 1998 with a single 89-bed skilled nursing facility. Since that time Generations has grown to 19 facilities comprising more than 2,000 beds. When Generations began business, it started with a very simple business strategy: focus on quality and service while remaining mindful of the challenges and changes facing older adults in today's world. In its 17 years Generations has established an excellent reputation in the communities served by our facilities. Generations has built this reputation through a concerted focus on quality and service.

Our Employee Loyalty: We have a great work environment, Of our nearly 3.200 employees, 191 of them have served our residents for 10 years or more. Our leaders are also fiercely loyal and committed to their jobs. the average length of service for an Administrator is 8 years, for DONs is 71/2 years, DORs, 51/2 years.
Our Care and Outcomes: Generations healthcare's reputation for exceptional care makes our facilities the best choice in the markets we serve. In giving that care, we created many positive memories and impressions among our residents, as their average satisfaction with us was 95%. Fifteen facilities out of our 18 were rated 5 Star in Quality measures.
We have a singular Mission and it is evident in so many indicators, It is with pride that we call ourselves Generations Healthcare.
