Company Overview
Three generations of the Plott family have been
providing skilled nursing care in the Inland
Empire for over 50 years. The Plott's Family's
Mission Statement and Philosopy of Care revolve
around the residents and their needs with the
focus on providing care in an atmosphere where
each resident is treated as an individual
deserving of kindness, appreciation and dignity.
Additionally, the Plott Famly strive to provide
challenging employment opportunities that focus
on personal commitment and merit.
Company History
Mrs. Lula Plott began caring for the sick and
affirmed in her Ontario Home over 50 years ago.
Her small home has since been developed to a 216
bed Skilled Nursing Facility known as Plott
Nursing Home. Caring for people who cannot care
for themselves has been a cornerstone of the
Plott Family. In addition to this original site
in Ontario, the Plott Family now owns five
facilities covering 775 beds in Riverside,
Rubidoux, San Bernardino and Ontario. In
addition, the Plott Family runs Plott Family Home
Care which provides home health services
throughout the Inland Empire.
Benefits
Management postions have 23 personal days per
year. All full time employees have a company
paid $20,000 life policy and Retirement (401K)
Services are offered after the first year of
service.
