Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting (LTC/SNF)
- Support and maintain quality patient outcomes during the 7A–2P shift
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient condition per facility protocols and role requirements
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to support resident care plans and daily workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication across shifts
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Experience providing direct patient care in a SNF setting (per role requirements)
- Ability to work 7A–2P schedule and cover 40 hours/week (guarantee)
- Comfortable working within standard SNF workflows and expectations
